NEW BOTSOC COUNCIL AND AGM RESOLUTIONS

2024 AGM Announcements

Dear valued BotSoc member

If you managed to join us on Saturday morning, 6 July, for our online Annual General Meeting, thank you!

We hope you enjoyed a snapshot on our work over the past year, including updates on the many programmes we’re involved with. Many of our incredible partners also shared their gratitude to BotSoc members, for your input and help in protecting our indigenous plants in the year.

If you missed our AGM, then take a minute to check out the 2024 Annual Report. Enjoy the highlights from the last year here, and see how as BotSoc, we’re making an incredible, positive difference for our plant world.

OUR AGM DISCUSSION AND VOTING RESULTS

We’re grateful to everyone involved which led to insightful and good conversations. Following the voting process, the Independent Scrutineer confirmed that

Resolutions 1 – 6 were all passed. See the full results of voting here
